<p class="has-text-align-left">Elle a créé sa malterie en 2017, la Malterie des Volcans dans le  Puy-de-Dôme à Saint-Germain-Lembron. Rejointe par Alexandre en 2019. En 2025, Lucile Comptour approvisionne les brasseries locales en malts bio, mais pas que.<br><br>Elle a réussi à développer la culture d’orge bio dans la région, et elle est à l’origine du label «  Malt Artisanal d’Auvergne » au sein de la communauté éponyme.<br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>En quoi consiste la démarche  « Malt Artisanal d’Auvergne » ?</strong></h2>



<p class="has-text-align-left">Elle valorise le travail de toute la filière auvergnate, des <strong>agriculteurs</strong>, des <strong>malteurs</strong>, des <strong>brasseurs  </strong>engagés. Une filière locale structurée et engagée. <br>Au final, l’authenticité d’une bière locale portée par toute une filière.<br>Avec le soutien de <strong>Bio 63 </strong>et de la <strong>Chambre d’Agriculture du Puy de Dôme.</strong><br></p>



<p class="has-text-align-left"><strong>Pour les agriculteurs : </strong>intégrer la filière, c’est bien plus qu’un partenariat,  c’est l’opportunité de valoriser pleinement leur production et leur savoir-faire.<br>En rejoignant la démarche, les agriculteurs bénéficient de l’utilisation du logo Malt Artisanal d’Auvergne, véritable repère de qualité pour le consommateur. D&rsquo;un reconnaissance officielle de leur engagement en faveur d’une céréale locale et tracée. Et d’une visibilité renforcée grâce aux communications de la communauté.</p>
